Richard Tell Associates, Inc. is a scientific consulting business focused on electromagnetic field exposure assessment, compliance with applicable standards and regulations on radiofrequency (RF) and power frequency fields and training related to the measurement, analysis and interpretation of electromagnetic fields.

The business consists of the principal, Richard A. Tell, and, as needed, a range of associates in the fields of biological effects of RF fields, epidemiology, risk assessment, electronics, computer programming, field technical support and video production work to carry out specific projects. Honesty, reliability, competence and down-to-earth hard work ethics are key characteristics of the way Richard Tell Associates deals with its clients.

Richard Tell Associates is also active in the design, development and production of products useful to the industry for complying with RF regulations promulgated by both the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). A series of RF safety signs is manufactured that can be used to post antenna sites and inform individuals of the presence of high level RF fields. The company has developed and continues to enhance specialized software packages designed specifically for the analysis of RF fields for regulatory compliance purposes. Additionally, specialized training videos have been developed for providing RF safety awareness and guidance on RF compliance measurements.
